Stephen is not involved with day to day accounts nowadays but is the go-to person for business coaching, consulting and growth. Personally enjoys TV series, movies, computer games, training, walking, yoga, self-development books and writing.
AAT qualified and ACCA professional level exam passes. Richard is the detail man in our office, detective McTaggart we call him as nothing gets missed!
Outside of work enjoys some casual golf and was once the king of fantasy football. Favourite films include Bad Boys and the Fast and Furious.
Sam has the most varied role in the business and looks after the general running of the office week to week. Having a background in the legal sector she is very organised.
Sam is heavily involved with the onboarding of new clients and is constantly taking on more work as the business continues to thrive. Outside of work Sam is a shopaholic and also enjoys a cheeky sunbed!
Becky is an experienced administrator who has worked at local corporate insurance companies and is a valuable part time member of the team.
Outside of work she is training in counselling which is something she is very passionate about. Also a keen dog walker who likes to be outside in the country. Her favourite place in the world is Orlando Florida.
Barbara is extremely experienced in payroll and CIS among other aspects of working in an accounting practice. If you have an employee related question then 99/100 Barbara is your person.
Outside of work Barbara is a devoted Grandmother and works flexible hours (like many of the staff) to have a work/life balance that works for her and the family.
Lindsey is AAT qualified and has a broad skill set from her experience in practice. She has a great attention to detail as well as seeing the bigger picture.
Outside of work Lindsey can generally be found enjoying her family hot tub with a glass of something in her hand!
Jake is the latest apprentice we have taken on and is hitting the ground running with his exams in 2019. The bigger plan is to go on to do his ACCA exams.
Jake is getting involved initially with a lot of the bookkeeping and VAT work we have on behalf of clients. Outside of work Jake is a keen gym goer and being only 19 is probably enjoying a beer or two on the weekend also!
Jace works from home FT for us, has a finance degree and actually taught accounting at a college local to her! She is looking to finally pass her driving test in 2021/22! Jace works in the bookkeeping/VAT team.
Karen is on our accounting team and is a qualified accountant who previously worked for a top 4 firm in the world. She loves cooking and one days wants to open her own restaurant.
