ROWE

We are currently introducing ROWE in our business, Results Only Working Environment. This means that there are no rigid or fixed working patterns. In fact, we will not even be tracking team members’ hours. You will have weekly, monthly and quarterly targets to meet but are free to pretty much work where and when you want as long we the office is manned. This will also come with the potential of unlimited holidays (yes you read that right). We are a leading small business that wants to stay ahead of the curve for our clients and also our team members. ROWE is in its infancy for CTA but this is how we wish to operate for all team members as soon as it’s possible.
