Professional Background

Stephen’s career began at a small accounting firm where he built a strong foundation in finance. He later worked at Kraft Foods and HA Fox Jaguar, gaining valuable experience in corporate finance and management. After nearly 10 years with Andorran Chartered Accountants (now BK Plus), he took the leap and started Gro Profit First Accountants in 2011. By 2013, he was running the business full-time.

Since then, Gro has grown into a trusted name for entrepreneurial clients, thanks to Stephen’s vision and leadership. Alongside his work at Gro, Stephen is a published author and a Certified High Performance Coach. His training with Brendon Burchard allows him to combine practical strategies with a focus on mindset and performance.
