There are many apps that can supercharge your reporting and grasp of the numbers far beyond what a Xero or Quickbooks Online would typically do.

One of these is Futrli. Its performance dashboards can be fine tuned to provide a real time snapshot of all your key data (financial and non financial). For example as well as showing profit per month for the last 6 months would it be useful for you to know and visualise the average revenue per client, staff turnover, numbers of enquires or productivity etc?
